The recently opened section of track between Airdrie and Bathgate is the longest new section of rail opened in the UK for over 100 years, and opens up the towns of West Lothian and North Lanarkshire to the social and economic benefits of being part of the rail network.
We have been documenting the project for Network Rail over the past 10 months, and this film, drawing on interviews with politician, stakeholders and passengers, with specially created graphics and a composed music track, demonstrates how important the railway will be to the people that live along it.
Craig Bowman, Network Rail, Media Relations ManagerThe most pleasing thing about working with Muckle Hen has been their enthusiasm for getting under the skin of this project. They have demonstrated creativity and flexibility throughout and the end product is of a high quality and closely meets the initial brief.
We have received added value from Muckle Hen through the depth of research and quality of case studies which have been identified by the team. This has helped influence other parts of our wider communications and marketing campaign.
