Garry Marshall has worked as an illustrator, designer and animator, directing commercials, short films and animated TV series. Clients have included Rolling Stone, Popular Science and the BFI.
In early 2006 Garry established the animation studio Super Umami, designing, producing and directing longer form projects for television. The studio has just finished providing technical and creative direction on a 26 part series, Wendy, for France TV and ZDF in Germany. Previous work has earned Super Umami two Royal Society of Television awards, along with a Bafta and multiple award nominations.
