We spent a day filming at Lochore Meadows Country Park with VisitWoods Scotland (part of the Woodland Trust) and Dementia Adventure, a community interest company which aims to connect people living with dementia to nature. We spoke to staff, carers, and people on the trip to find out about the benefits of the outdoors for those living with dementia. Warning: the finished film is a bit of a tear jerker!
